About the program
The 2nd International Intensive Summer School of Sufi Studies will be hosted online due to the current pandemic conditions by the Üsküdar University Institute for Sufi Studies between 20-28 July 2020, with the support of the Kerim Foundation.
The MA-level TSV 571 Topics in Sufi Studies (3 credits - 6 AKTS) and PhD-level TSV 605 Topics in Sufi Studies (3 credits - 8 AKTS) will be offered within the context of the Online Summer School. The summer school aims to provide an intensive learning experience, supplementing theoretical courses with text readings (samples from Arabic, Persian and Ottoman Turkish) as well as music in order to provide as holistic an approach to Sufi Studies as possible in an online context. The program language is English.
